Pin Color is a special Field defined in the Contacts Journal app to help color-code your contacts as they show on the Map page.
Changing Pin Colors
To change the color of the pin
- select the pin on the Map
- select the (i) button
- choose the Change Pin Color option
- select from the list of available Pin Colors and press Done
Changing Default Pin Color
You can change the default Pin Color from Green to another color. To do this:
iOS: Home -> Settings (gear icon) -> Advanced -> Custom Fields -> Pin Color (press the (i) button) -> Default -> choose a different pin color
Mac: Contacts Journal Settings -> Manage Data -> Fields (Edit) -> select the (i) button in front of Pin Color -> change the Default Value to a different color
