In version 7.0, Contacts Journal gained a new Home tab — a single screen showing what needs your attention: upcoming tasks, recent activity, contacts you haven't followed up with, and upcoming birthdays.
To make room for it, the More tab was removed. Everything that used to live there is still in the app, now behind the gear icon at the top right of the Home tab.
Finding your settings
Open the Home tab, then tap the gear icon in the top-right corner. You'll see the same list of options the More tab used to show, in the same order.

Prefer to open somewhere else?
If you'd rather the app opened on Contacts, or on any other tab, you can change that. Go to Home -> gear icon -> General Settings, and set Open at Launch to whichever tab you want.
Contacts Journal will then open there every time, and Home stays available whenever you want it.
The rest of the tab bar
Your other tabs are unchanged: Contacts, Logs, ToDos, and Map all work exactly as before, in the same order. Only More was replaced, by Home.
Why the change
The More tab was a list of places to go. Opening the app put you in front of a directory rather than in front of your work, and anything time-sensitive — a task due today, a client you'd gone quiet on — was only visible if you went looking for it.
Home shows that up front instead. Settings are still one tap away, but they're no longer occupying a permanent spot in the tab bar, because most people visit them rarely and their follow-ups daily.
On Mac
The Mac app keeps its sidebar layout, and settings are still reachable from the Contacts Journal menu. In version 4.7 you can also open them from the gear button on the Home tab, the same as on iPhone and iPad.
Press Cmd-0 to jump to Home at any time.
