With Contacts Journal for Teams, you can share your data with other team-mates, and collaborate on your CRM in real-time. You can share your data using your iCloud accounts, so you don't even need to create a new account or share any data with us!
Subscribing to Teams
You would first need to subscribe to one of our monthly or annual subscription Team plans. Only the person creating the team has to be subscribed to a plan; the participants can all sync to the team for free! For more details, please read our "Subscribing to Contacts Journal Teams" article.
Creating Teams
Once you are subscribed to one of our plans, you can create a new Team from the "Create New Team" page. You can add the participants using their iCloud accounts. You can read about creating teams here.
After a team has been created, you can email a link to the team to your participants. They can click on the link on their device to confirm that they want to join the team; once they do, the data from the Team will be downloaded onto their device, and they can start syncing and collaborating with the Team database.
